Realogy Adds New President, COO
John Peyton joined the company after almost two decades with Starwood.

Madison, N.J.—Realogy Holdings Corp. recently announced the appointment of John Peyton for the newly created role of president & COO of its subsidiary, Realogy Franchise Group. Peyton will be responsible for operational management of Realogy’s franchise brands while CEO Alex Perriello will now focus primarily on strategic growth.
Prior to Realogy, Peyton most recently served as SVP of Starwood, managing global initiatives, brand building and marketing for the company’s leading brands. Before his 17 years with Starwood, he also served PwC for a decade as accounting and management consultant.
“John Peyton brings extensive strategic leadership experience with world-class brands from his time at Starwood as both an operator and a franchisor in a multi-brand organization,” said Perriello in a prepared statement.
Peyton holds a master’s degree in accounting and marketing from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a board member for Child Advocates of Southern Connecticut and Full Court Peace.
