Property Solutions Announces Todd Katler as New Chief Strategy Officer

Provo, Utah—Property Solutions International Inc. recently announced the recent hiring of Todd Katler as its new Chief Strategy Officer.

Katler brings 16 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including key executive positions with RealPage, MyNewPlace, BRE, LevelOne, and Rent.com. In the newly created role at Property Solutions, Katler will drive the core vision and direction of the Property Solutions’ product suite.

Prior to Realpage, Katler served as the senior vice president of sales and marketing for BRE Properties, a real estate investment trust with approximately 26,000 units. He was responsible for financial success and operations for sales, as well as marketing and corporate communications. Katler has also held the positions of VP of business development at Level One, a provider of outsourced leasing agents, and director of sales at Rent.com, where he managed the relationships between Rent.com and owners of more than 23,000 properties.

Katler has also served on the Board of Directors for both the National Apartment Association and California Apartment Association.
