Naples, Fla.—With 33 years of real estate brokerage and franchising experience, Budge Huskey has been appointed president of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Part of the company’s future leadership succession plan under CEO Judy Green, Huskey will be focusing on the operational management of the $4 billion sales volume brokerage company.
“I am so excited to return to my roots in the private brokerage business and have the privilege of association with Judy Green once again,” Huskey said in prepared remarks. “Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is one of the fastest growing firms in the country based on the incredible power of the brand and stellar caliber of talent, and I look forward to working with this great team to chart the company’s future.”
Having served as CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and regional executive vice president of NRT LLC, Huskey was ranked #10 on the list of the 200 most powerful in residential real estate in the Swanepoel Power 200 in 2016.
With his expertise in the industry, Green immediately thought of Huskey as a top candidate for the position. “I’ve known Budge since the early days of our real estate careers in Central Florida, and his leadership skills and expertise led to my selecting him to succeed me in several key positions over the years in former companies,” added Green.
“My confidence in his ability to accelerate our growth and future success while ensuring our foundational focus on quality is the reason I’m doing so again at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.”
