Peak Campus has landed two new management contracts for two student housing properties in Stillwater, Okla., and Tuscaloosa, Ala. Last month, the company added a student housing community in North Carolina to its management portfolio, which is currently under construction.

Riverside Village, a 440-bed, 192-unit community in Tuscaloosa, is situated at 2330 Jack Warner Pkwy and is approximately a mile and a half west of the University of Alabama’s campus. The university’s shuttle system, Crimson Ride, offers frequent service directly from the apartments to the campus. The property’s two buildings, completed in 2013, includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each equipped with washers and dryers. On-site amenities include a resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center with a yoga room and an attached parking garage. A newly opened 91-key Hotel Indigo sits next door to the property.

The second student community, Progress405, is located at 1520 N. Boomer Road in Stillwater, within one mile of Oklahoma State University’s campus. Completed in late 2016, the 544-bed property sits along the Boomer Road retail corridor, home to numerous shopping and dining options. The asset’s 180 one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments are spread across three garden-style buildings. Amenities include a business center, a 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds, a volleyball court and an outdoor swimming pool.
