Monument Real Estate Taps New VP

Industry veteran Lesly Jones joined the company as vice president of marketing and leasing. She will oversee and develop marketing services that provide support, tools and solutions to the firm’s multifamily assets.

Monument Real Estate Services recently appointed Lesly Jones as vice president of marketing and leasing for the Miami-based company. With her more than two decades of experience, Jones will be responsible for overseeing and developing marketing services as well as delivering branding and marketing results. She will also support the marketing services provided to the regional property managers and their on-site teams. Jones is also expected to manage the development and implementation of several key initiatives. In this role, Jones will report to Vice President of Operations Jaime Rauscher.

“Monument Real Estate Services has established its reputation over the years as a strategic multifamily leader. I am honored to join the team as vice president of marketing and leasing as the company continues to excel and create value in the industry and its communities,” said Jones, in a prepared statement.

Prior to joining Monument Real Estate Services, Jones served as regional property manager at Pegasus Residential. Lesly Jones also worked as regional manager and director of marketing at Drucker and Falk LLC and president at Platinum Realty Services as well as roles at Merry Land Properties and Cornerstone Realty Income Trust.

Monument’s new vice president of marketing and leasing holds various certifications and designations including Regional Manager of the Year, Charleston Apartment Association Diamond Award 2015 and the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Manager.

At the beginning of this year, Monument Real Estate Services made another strategic change in its management team by appointing Gregory Lozinak as CEO of the company.
