Plans Unveiled for Florida Luxury Condo Tower

PMG and MoneyShow have released plans for One Park West, an 18-story, 69-residence luxury condominium tower in the waterfront district of downtown Sarasota, Fla.

A construction timetable has not been released but sales have started with residences starting at $1 million. Coldwell Banker Realty leads sales for One Park West. Chelsea Vahtomin and Robert Robinson are the exclusive sales representatives for the property.

The developers are also building One Park Sarasota, an 18-story, 86-residence condo tower, in the same area. One Park Sarasota is expected to break ground this fall. The towers are being built in the heart of The Quay, a highly coveted area in the waterfront district, as PMG and MoneyShow continue plans to foster growth in downtown Sarasota.

One Park West

The luxury condo tower is being designed by Sarasota-based Hoyt Architects. The property will have fully finished one-, two- and three-bedroom residences as well as a penthouse collection. Features will include 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the downtown skyline, the Quay central park, entertainment district and bay. Residences will have outdoor terraces with glass railings. The condos will have fully integrated kitchens, imported and custom high-end Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and smart home technology. Select residences will have an oversized soaking tub.

Community amenities will include a rooftop Sky Lounge; fitness center with the latest high-tech exercise equipment; pickleball court; hot and cold plunge, resort-style infinity-edge pool with lounge areas and grilling stations; private lockers, saunas and steam rooms; lounge; theater room; executive workspace; and a dog run. Services include valet parking and a mail room with a package storage area.

Other Florida properties

PMG’s portfolio also includes condominium projects like 111 W. 57th St. in Manhattan and E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences and The Elser Hotel & Residences in Miami. On Florida’s West Coast, PMG is developing Sage Longboat Key Residences in Longboat Key, Fla., as well as the two Sarasota properties. PMG also has a national affordable housing division.

PMG unveiled new plans for One Park Sarasota in January. In addition to the 86 condominium residences, the tower will have more than 5,000 square feet of retail space. Located on the corner of Boulevard of the Arts and North Tamiami Trail, One Park Sarasota will provide views of the downtown Sarasota skyline, Bay Park and Sarasota Bay.  The residences will include three-bedroom condominiums, penthouses on the top floor and two-level townhomes on the ground floor.  The amenities will feature a pool and spa deck, lounge, fitness center, golf room, private theater room and children’s playroom.

In March, PMG announced it was planning One Twenty Brickell Residences, a 34-story, 240-unit luxury condominium development featuring access to an office suite for each residence, in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. This will be the first of two towers developed by PMG on a 1.15-acre site. Plans for the remainder of the acreage will be released soon.
