PMG’s 34-Story Miami Condo Tower Emphasizes Work From Home
Construction is expected to begin later this year on One Twenty Brickell Residences, which will offer deeded office space with each unit.
New York and Miami-based developer PMG is planning One Twenty Brickell Residences, a 34-story, 240-unit luxury condominium development featuring access to an office suite for each residence, in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.
Construction is slated to begin at the end of the year with completion expected by the first quarter of 2028. PMG Residential is leading sales for the project, starting in mid-April. The tower is designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Cotofana Designs.
This will be the first of two towers developed by PMG on a 1.15-acre site that was acquired by PMG in spring 2022 for $53 million, according to various media reports. At that time, PMG was proposed a twin-tower development totaling 1.5 million square feet with 803 residential condos between a 46-story building and a 31 story building. The 2022 plan also called for about 15,800 square feet of commercial space.
Plans for the remainder of the property, which were were previously reported on, will be released soon, a PMG spokesperson told Multi-Housing News,
Deeded office space
The project will answer the growing need for Class A office space and personal workspaces with each unit receiving its own deeded office space within the tower, according to a company statement. The office space will be located on floors 2 through 11.
The glass-paneled private offices will feature locking access, a desk and chair, two guest chairs, a wallpaper accent wall and complimentary Wi-Fi. The office space will have concierge secretary service, private office elevators, a reception area and coffee station. The space will also have a reservable conference room with an eight-person table, 72-inch smart TV with a mounted camera, conference phone and free Wi-Fi.
Residential features, amenities
The fully furnished residences will have studio- to three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 451 to 1,395 square feet. Kitchen features include custom countertops, backsplashes, under-mount sink and a high-end appliance package, imported and custom cabinetry by Italkraft. Other residential highlights include WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, glass-enclosed showers, fully built-out closets in the primary bedrooms, polymer wood flooring, contemporary lighting package and top-of-the-line washer and dryer. The units will also have smart home technology.
Amenities abound
One Twenty Brickell Residences will have more than 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities as well as personalized services including a building and wellness concierge, fully centralized property management and smart building technology. Amenities include a pickleball court with courtside seating, kids’ club and gym, sky bar and lounge, café and juice bar, an infinity-edge pool with sunset views and a dog run. The property will feature the One Twenty Brickell Residences Wellness & Fitness center with steam, sauna, treatment rooms, a relaxation area with outdoor terraces, state-of-the-art fitness center with high-tech equipment, a movement studio and yoga lawn. Residents will be able to enjoy a curated collection of custom art installations throughout the property.
Centrally located in the Brickell district, residents will be able to visit numerous Michelin Star restaurants, family-friendly attractions and luxury retail. The property will be within walking distance of Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village and public transit that will connect residents to downtown Miami, South Beach and beyond. The city’s Financial District, Brickell has been growing in recent years with CEOs calling Brickell home and transforming the area into a corporate hub.
The units will also have smart home technology.
