Pennrose Announces Donald L. Miller Jr. as CFO

Pennrose, a real estate development and management company focused on multifamily communities, announced that Donald L. Miller Jr. has been named chief financial officer.

Philadelphia—Pennrose, a real estate development and management company focused on multifamily communities, announced that Donald L. Miller Jr. has been named chief financial officer. Miller will provide executive leadership to Pennrose’s financing, accounting, and development support services and will be focusing on automation, reporting and analytics, and employee development.

Miller joins Pennrose from Prestige Affordable Housing Equity Partners, a member of The Michaels Organization, where he was involved in the syndication of Low Income Housing Tax Credits as vice president. While there, Miller acted as a liaison between the developers, management and potential investors to obtain best pricing to maximize the return to the investor; reviewed underwriting of proposed new construction and acquisition; and performed asset management and investor reporting. Prior to Prestige Affordable Housing Equity Partners, he served as vice president at Interstate Realty Management Company where he was responsible for up to 60 separate apartment complexes consisting of conventional and affordable properties, including elderly, family, and mixed-use properties. Miller is a Certified Public Accountant and holds his real estate brokers license in seven states.
