South Bend, Ind.—Peak Campus recently added two more student housing communities to its management portfolio. The company was selected to manage Clover Ridge and Clover Village, two communities totaling 549 beds in South Bend, Ind.
Both properties were acquired by affiliates of New York-based Glenmont Capital Management LLC. The new owners plan to implement an extensive renovation that includes both interior unit improvements and exterior and common area improvements totaling more than $4.1 million.
The 221-bed Clover Ridge features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center and a swimming pool. The 328-bed Clover Village offers studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans with amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool and a business center. Both properties are located steps from the historic University of Notre Dame campus.
“We are thrilled to be working with Glenmont and to expand our footprint in South Bend with the addition of Clover Ridge and Clover Village,” said Bob Clark, CEO at Peak Campus, in prepared remarks. “Peak is dedicated to bringing a high level of execution to the resident experience and believe Glenmont’s comprehensive and thoughtful renovation package will add significant value to each asset.”
