Peak Campus to Manage Javelina Station

The 360-bed student community is located close to the Texas A&M University-Kingsville, on the campus’ Blue and Gold Express Route.

San Antonio—Peak Campus was awarded and assumed the property management of Javelina Station, a garden-style student community that serves the students of Texas A&M University-Kingsville in Kingsville, Texas.

“We are very excited to have been given the opportunity to expand our portfolio in Kingsville with the addition of Javelina Station,” Casey Petersen, COO at Peak Campus said in a prepared statement.  “We are confident that Peak’s world-class platform will be a great compliment for the students of Kingsville and this well-located, beautiful asset.”

The 138-unit, 360-bed community is located minutes from campus and offers two- and four-bedroom fully furnished units featuring washers/dryers and full-size beds. Common area amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, movie theater, study lounge, clubhouse with pool table and dart board, bike racks, computer station, a resort-style pool, outdoor volleyball and an outdoor kitchen equipped with surround-sound music.
