Atlanta—Peak Campus, a privately held student housing operator, recently announced that Kelly Muller has been promoted to regional vice president. The promotion is a direct result of her contributions to Peak’s operating platform, coupled with Peak’s continued growth and active pipeline.
In her new role, Muller will be responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, human resources, operational and financial performance for a portfolio of student housing assets located in the West region. Muller has been active in student housing management for over eleven years, and in that time has held many positions both on-site and corporate support. Prior to her promotion, Muller served as a regional manager, with oversight of a multi-state student housing portfolio.
Prior to joining the company, she held management positions with Dinerstein Companies, College Park Communities, the student housing division of GMH Communities Trust and American Campus Communities. Muller earned her BS in International Business at the University of Nebraska.
