Peak Campus Promotes Jeff Githens to President of Development

Atlanta—Student housing management and development firm Peak Campus recently announced that Jeff Githens has been promoted to president of development. In his new role, Githens will be responsible for all aspects of development sourcing and execution for the company.

Githens has been with Peak Campus since its inception back in 2011, and previously served as senior vice president. Githens has been involved in the development of nearly $1 billion worth of student apartment properties, including all product types–mid-rise, high-rise, historic redevelopment and garden-style/cottage.
