Peak Campus’ Jennifer Hill Climbs Corporate Ladder
Hill has been with the company since its inception, having served as senior vice president. In her new position, she will be responsible for all staff operations and oversee all legal matters.
Student housing operator Peak Campus has promoted Jennifer Hill to chief people officer and general counsel. In her new position, Hill will be responsible for all staff operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll and compensations for all 1,100 company’s employees across the country. Additionally, she will also oversee all legal matters and risk management, serving on the firm’s Executive Committee.
Hill has been with Peak Campus since the company’s inception in 2011. Before being appointed in her current role, she served as Peak Campus’ senior vice president. Prior to that, she joined Place Properties in 2006 as director of human resources and senior counsel. Hill also practiced employment law at Atlanta-based King & Spalding LLP.
