Peak Campus Fine-Tunes Leadership Structure
The company’s decision to promote Ashly Poyer and Courtney Brooks falls in line with the firm's expansion strategy.
Atlanta—Peak Campus recently announced the promotions of Ashly Poyer to director of sales and Courtney Brooks to director of talent management. The strategic staffing falls in line with the company’s plan to focus on above-market property performance through the world-class platform support that includes new levels of strategic oversight for sales and leasing as well as recruiting.
In her new position, Ashly Poyer will collaborate closely with Peak Campus’ operating group. She will also be responsible with establishing and directing short and long-term sales and leasing strategies. Poyer joined the company seven years ago and has served in numerous on-site leasing and sale roles. Prior to being promoted, she served as senior regional marketing and leasing specialist.

Courtney Brooks
Courtney Brooks started her career at Place Properties and has served in various recruitment roles at both corporate and agency levels. In her new role, she will focus on strategic hiring and talent management program, being responsible with the growth of the company through Peak’s talent platform.
“These additional layers of leadership into both the Human Resources and Sales Departments demonstrate Peak’s commitment to excellence and an industry-leading platform,” Bob Clark, CEO of Peak Campus, said in a prepared statement.
