Peak Campus Expands Student Housing Portfolio
The company’s latest management assignments are communities located in Bowling Green, Ky., and Omaha, Neb. Completion is scheduled for August 2019.
Following the sale of Signature 1505, a 525-bed community in Raleigh, N.C., Peak Campus has been awarded management for two student housing developments totaling 752 beds located in Bowling Green, Ky., and Omaha, Neb. The Vecino Group is developing the properties, which are scheduled for completion in August 2019.
Muse Bowling Green, a 218-unit community, will serve students attending Western Kentucky University. The 381-bed property will feature a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom units and will include common-area amenities such as:
- saltwater pool
- hammock hotel
- study spaces
- outdoor gathering space
- fire pit
- fitness center
- 24-hour clubhouse
- bike storage
Muse Omaha consists of 247 units serving Creighton University. The 371-bed community features a mix of studios, one-, two- and four-bedroom units with private bathrooms, walk-in closets, in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and quartz countertops. The pet-friendly property includes common-area amenities such as:
- saltwater swimming pool
- hammock hotel
- computer and printing station
- conference room
- fire pit
- bocce ball
- bike storage
- fitness center
- solar power
- 24-hour clubhouse
