Peak Campus Expands Management Portfolio With Over 2,000 Beds
The property management company was awarded management of four student housing communities located in Texas, Nevada and North Carolina.

Peak Campus has added four more student housing communities to its management portfolio. The 2,062-bed portfolio includes High View Place in San Antonio; Maverick Place in Arlington, Texas; Rebel Place in Las Vegas; and Spring Place in Greensboro, N.C.
Peak Campus was awarded the management responsibilities of these communities following the transaction in which Waypoint Campus Housing, an affiliate of Waypoint Residential, acquired the portfolio from Blue Vista Capital Group, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Hefty portfolio
High View Place was completed in 2009 and consists of 11 buildings on 14.6 acres at 15949 Chase Hill Blvd. in San Antonio. It encompasses 204 units with 624 beds and serves the students of the University of Texas at San Antonio. The unit mix includes fully-furnished one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments featuring washers and dryers, private balconies/patios and above standard ceiling height. Community amenities include a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, volleyball court, swimming pool and spa.
Maverick Place, also completed in 2009, occupies 4.5 acres at 930 Benge Drive in Arlington, Texas. The 117-unit/382-bed, garden-style community serves the students of the University of Texas at Arlington. Students can choose from one-, two- and four-bedroom floor plans with washers and dryers, high ceilings and dual-pane glass. Common area amenities include a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, swimming pool and spa.
Rebel Place is a 156-unit/382-bed, garden-style community located at 3896 Swenson St. in Las Vegas and serves the students of the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Completed in 2009, the three-building property features a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, two swimming pools and spa.
Spring Place, built in 2009, encompasses 168 units with 576 beds at 3610 Clifton Rd. in Greensboro, N.C. and serves the students of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The community consists of fully-furnished two- and four-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom townhouse floor plans. Common area amenities include a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, volleyball court, basketball court and swimming pool.
