Peak Campus Expands Management Portfolio in TX and S.C.

Peak Campus has been awarded management responsibilities for two student housing communities in Austin, Texas and Clemson, S.C. GrandMarc Austin serves the students of the University of Texas at Austin, while GrandMarc Clemson is a new development that will serve the students of Clemson University.
GrandMarc Austin was completed in 2012 and encompasses 138 units with a total of 238 beds. The mid-rise community is located at 510 West 26th St., one block from campus and minutes from Guadalupe Street’s dining and shopping venues. The pet-friendly property consists of studio and one- to four-bedroom floor plans, each with bed-to-bath parity. All units are fully-furnished and feature granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, full-size washers and dryers and upgraded lighting and cabinetry.
Common area amenities include a fitness center, open-air lounge with foosball and gaming tables, study rooms, on-site retail, zero-entry pool with sundeck, bike storage and controlled access parking garage. The property is 100 percent preleased for the 2017/2018 academic year.
GrandMarc Clemson is a 147-unit community with 524 beds located at 125 Anderson Highway, minutes from dining, shopping and nightlife. The unit mix at the pet-friendly community will include two- and four-bedroom apartments. Apartment features include granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, full-size washers and dryers and upgraded lighting and cabinetry.
Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center with Fitness-on-Demand, business center, study/conference areas, clubhouse with resident gaming areas, free resident parking, on-site restaurants and retail shops and an event lawn.
