PBM Adds Two Executives to its Senior Management Team
Perfect Building Maintenance (PBM), a building maintenance companies, announced the addition of two executives to its senior management team. Ronald Fay has been appointed general manager, a position created specifically for him. Patricia O’Brien joins as senior account executive.
New York—Perfect Building Maintenance (PBM), a building maintenance companies, announced the addition of two executives to its senior management team. Ronald Fay has been appointed general manager, a position created specifically for him. Patricia O’Brien joins as senior account executive. The announcements were made today by PBM CEO, Scott Mager.
Prior to joining PBM, Fay was general manager with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). While there he worked with Fortune 100 companies including Credit Suisse, and managed over 3 million square feet of office space during his eight-year tenure. Previous to C&W, Fay was district manager with American Building Maintenance. At PBM, he will be responsible for overseeing coordination of all client janitorial services across all PBM client locations. He will also be working directly with Mager on business development.
PBM also announced the appointment of Patricia O’Brien as senior account executive. O’Brien comes from Tishman Speyer at Rockefeller Center where she worked in the cleaning and facilities business for more than years.
