Passco Adds Another Senior Executive to Management Team

Irvine, Calif.—Passco Companies LLC announced today that Darryll Goodman, a 25 year real estate industry veteran, has joined the company as vice president and will oversee a portfolio of existing Passco properties in addition to providing new resources for Passco’s growing investment, advisory and restructuring and recapitalization business.
Goodman has earned a reputation for his successful client-centric approach to asset management. He brings extensive experience in commercial real estate asset management, leasing and sales with a broad base of knowledge across multiple property types including multifamily, retail and office. In addition to his expertise of creating value for investors, Goodman brings more than 10 years of experience working specifically in the tenant-in-common platform.
Most recently Goodman was with Thompson National Properties handling $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions. He has been a vice president at Hawaiian Asset Management & Investments Corp, based in Honolulu, and was the Hawaii State Director of Operations for the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC. Goodman earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Hawaii and is a licensed real estate broker.
