Olshan Properties announced MatthewWinn as chief operating officer effective January 2015.
New York—Olshan Properties announced Matthew Winn as chief operating officer effective January 2015. Winn will be responsible for leading the firm’s daily operations, refining its operating policies, procedures and processes.
Winn has two decades in commercial real estate most recently as global retail chief operating officer and head of the retail brokerage platform of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), Americas.
Winn received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Wesleyan University. He currently chairs Wesleyan University’s Binswanger Committee which provides annual awards for teaching. Winn is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
