The NRP Group has launched NRP Construction, a new division that extends the diversified company’s construction and engineering capabilities to owners and developers throughout Texas. The division will be involved in all types of residential construction projects, from luxury and market-rate communities, to affordable, public-private partnership, student or senior housing in both urban and suburban locations.

“By approaching every project from an owner’s perspective, our team of 65 employees delivers an end-product that is not only on time and on budget, but outperforms through lower maintenance costs, longevity, ultimate profitability for its owner and enjoyment for residents,” said NRP Construction President Taylor Brown, in a prepared statement.

Licensed in 12 states, NRP Construction will work closely with developers from the earliest conceptual and design stages to value engineering a project. The company’s specialty is design-assist and design-build.

NRP has delivered more than 28,000 residential units nationally over the past two decades and more than 7,000 in Texas over the past five years. The company also manages around 17,000 units in the U.S., through NRP Property Management.
