New Team Picks Up the Sales Pace at Florida Condominium
Ocean’s Edge has experienced a rapid sales pace since it partnered with a new management and sales team three months ago. The new owners of the community, Condo Capital Solutions LLC, took over ownership in September and partnered with Pace Builder Services to handle sales. At press time, the community had signed purchase and sale agreements for 17 new homes in 14 weeks.
