Natwick to Lead Crescent Multifamily

Charlotte, N.C.– Brian Natwick has been selected to lead the Multifamily Division of Crescent Resources, LLC. He will lead Crescent’s multifamily team throughout the Southeast and Texas, guiding the effort to expand the division’s development activities.

In addition to overseeing existing projects, the new projects on Natwick’s plate will include The Venue at Cool Springs in Nashville, Tenn., Circle West Campus in Austin, Texas, The Residence at Cameron Village in Raleigh, N.C., Circle at Ninth Street in Durham, N.C., Circle Piedmont Town Center in Charlotte, N.C. and Circle at Bay Shore in Tampa, Fla.

Natwick previously led the Mid-Atlantic Region of the Multifamily Division as regional vice president. Throughout his 14-year career, he has managed $875 million in development and construction projects, including 7,500 hotel and multifamily units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
