Muldoon Joins Johnson Capital’s Midwest Multifamily Group

Paul Muldoon has joined Johnson Capital as vice president in their Midwest Multi-Family Group. Muldoon will be opening the Johnson Capital office in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, where his primary responsibilities will be leveraging strength in commercial residential brokerage into the Twin Cities multi-family market.

Muldoon comes to Johnson with more than 25 years of real estate experience with a strong background in multifamily/GSE financing, commercial investments and development. Prior to joining Johnson, he worked for 12 years for Freddie Mac in their Midwest Multi-Family Group as a senior producer and underwriter.  He has financed over $3.5 billion in multifamily loans, including market rate/conventional, affordable, student and senior housing deals throughout the Midwest.
