M&T Realty Capital Appoints Joe Delaney Managing Director
M&T Realty Capital Corporatio, a full-service mortgage banking company and subsidiary of M&T Bank, announced the appointment of Joe Delaney as managing director of Multifamily Finance.
Richmond, Va.—M&T Realty Capital Corporation, a full-service mortgage banking company and subsidiary of M&T Bank, announced the appointment of Joe Delaney as managing director of multifamily finance. In his new role, Delaney will focus on permanent loan financing for apartment properties. His office will be based in Richmond, Va., and his territory includes Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Delaney joins M&T RCC with more than 20 years of experience in real estate financing. Most recently, he worked for JP Morgan Chase as client manager where he was responsible for permanent multifamily and commercial loan financing.
Delaney earned a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College. Active in the community, he is a member of Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate and the Knights of Columbus at St Michael’s Catholic Church in Glen Allen.
