Monument Real Estate Services Appoints New VP of Operations

In her new role, Jaime Rauscher is responsible for overseeing strategic planning and tactical, day-to-day operations of MRES’ portfolio.

MiamiMonument Real Estate Services recently appointed Jaime Rauscher as the company’s new vice president of operations in North Carolina.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience in property management, Rauscher is responsible for overseeing strategic planning and tactical, day-to-day operations of MRES’ owned and managed portfolio in the Carolinas and Virginia. In this role, Rauscher will provide leadership to the regional team for a portfolio of more than 20 communities and 5,000 apartment homes, while creating value every day for the firm, its communities and residents.

Prior to joining MRES, Rauscher served as regional vice president for CF Lane, where she was responsible for the direct oversight of due diligence and subsequent business plan development of all owned and third party assets. Rausche also oversaw the implementation of value-add business plans for a portfolio that included approximately 9,000 multifamily units throughout the north and southeast as well as the manufactured housing division, which included 2,000 homes throughout the country. She previously worked as director of property initiatives, due diligence and acquisition for Cortland Partners, and as director of multifamily management for Drucker and Falk LLC.
