Mindi McClure Joins Greysteel Capital Markets
Greysteel Capital Markets, a Washington, D.C., real estate capital markets and investment banking firm, announced that Mindi McClure has joined the firm as managing principal.
Washington, D.C.—Greysteel Capital Markets, a Washington, D.C., real estate capital markets and investment banking firm, announced that Mindi McClure has joined the firm as managing principal, a role in which she will serve as co-head of capital markets and lead the firm’s project finance and financial institutions practices.
McClure’s experience includes more than two decades of financial services and real estate capital markets experience. Prior to joining Greysteel, McClure was a principal of MHM Capital and The Bear Companies, where she represented government and private sector clients in connection with the resolution of more than $3 billion of troubled real estate assets and financial institutions. She also served as a senior managing director of the Washington, D.C., investment banking firm FBR, where during the course of her 15-year tenure she was responsible for leading and directing more than $10 billion of capital markets and advisory assignments for banks, mortgage companies and REITs.
