Miller Adds VP to the DFW Multifamily Investments Division

Dallas—Brian Hanie joins Henry S. Miller Brokerage as an experienced multifamily investments specialist. Prior to Miller, Hanie specialized in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties for Dallas-based Magellan Commercial Realty Inc. Before Magellan, he was an investment specialist with Phillips Commercial Real Estate Inc. where he consulted private investors in the buying and selling of apartment properties.

Hanie brings the Miller investment team a unique expertise in the handling of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Hanie will be able to provide clients of the Miller investments division unparalleled service selling their assets and leveraging their proceeds into new investment vehicles.
