Mildner Joins Crescent Resources

Charlotte, N.C.–Crescent Resources, LLC has hired veteran real estate developer Richard Mildner as senior vice president. Crescent will look to Mildner to guide the company’s residential development activities throughout the southeast, providing direction for the residential team in four states.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mildner served for seven years as chief operating officer and general manager of Douglasville Development, LLC in Atlanta. From 1998 to 2003, he was senior vice president and southeast regional manager for Terrabrook/Westerra Management in Orlando, Fla. He also served in senior positions with Stanford Development Group, Inc., Morrison Homes, Inc., Pulte Home Corporation and Stanford Homes, Inc.
