Middleburg Names New Regional Property Manager

Danielle West brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm and will be responsible for managing the company’s newly developed communities.

Middleburg has tapped Danielle West as the firm’s regional property manager for new development. In this role, West will support the management of the company’s newly built communities in South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee and will report to President Duane Wooldridge, who joined the firm in April 2018.

West brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to her new position, with a background in lease-up, stabilized properties in addition to acquisitions and dispositions. Before joining Middleburg, she served as Northwood Ravin’s director of asset management, where she was responsible for the operations of a 5,000-unit multifamily portfolio. Earlier in her career, West worked with Grubb Properties as the firm’s director of operations for 3,200 apartments across seven properties throughout the Southeast.

West holds certifications in both apartment management and portfolio supervision. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in real estate from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
