Middleburg has hired Duane Wooldbridge to be the partner & president of its property management division, Middleburg Management. He brings approximately 15 years of experience to the new role, following his departure from JBG Smith Residential Management.
Wooldbridge began his property management career with Archstone in early 2003. When he left the organization in 2008, he held the position of regional operations manager. Wooldbridge worked as a vice president of operations for JBG for approximately 10 years, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 10,000 units. He was responsible for a variety of asset classes and worked on the development and opening of a number of properties in the Washington, D.C., area.
“(Wooldbridge) will ensure that we are providing top caliber property management for our portfolio, from our value-add communities to our Class A development properties,” Chris Finlay, managing partner of Middleburg, said in a prepared statement. “He brings extraordinary experience with institutional-grade portfolios across all asset classes and is a proven leader and manager.”
