Michael Creeden Named Vice President of NorSouth Construction Company

Savannah, Ga.—NorSouth Construction Company announced that they have named Michael Creeden vice president. In his new role, Creeden will oversee all aspects of the firm’s construction of multifamily housing, affordable housing and mixed-use developments for both NorSouth and third-party construction partners. He is based in the company’s Savannah, Ga., office.

Previously, Creeden worked as preconstruction manger for Wood Partners’ western region, where he oversaw a program that accurately estimated construction costs as early as in a project’s conceptual development phase. He spent four years at Centex Construction as senior project manager, estimating and managing senior military projects throughout the United States. He also worked as a multifamily estimator and in operations for J.A. Jones Construction. He joined NorSouth Construction in 2008 as associate vice president.
