Mia Rose Holdings, Midas Capital Launch St. Louis Development
Upon completion, the project will mark the partnership’s third community.
Mia Rose Holdings and Midas Capital are about to begin construction on a 144-unit multifamily community in St. Louis, Mo.
The project marks the fifth multifamily community that Mia Rose Holdings is bringing to St. Charles County and the third in partnership with St. Louis-based Midas Capital.
Midas Capital’s sister company Midas Construction is the general contractor, with Rosemann & Associates serving as the project’s architect. The property will be managed by 2B Residential and is set to be completed in December 2023.
The 7.8-acre development site is located in Lake Saint Louis, near Technology Drive, in proximity to several dining and retail options, as well as green areas such as Kinetic Park and WingHaven Country Club.
The Class A property will have a modern farmhouse design and will encompass four buildings with one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 825 square feet to 1,335 square feet. Common-area amenities will include a swimming pool with sun deck, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a golf simulator, an outdoor lounge and green areas with grilling spaces. In-unit amenities will comprise washers and dryers, private patios or balconies and stainless-steel appliances.
Mia Rose Holdings and Midas Capital have been working on several projects together, currently having 730 units under development. Dardenne Luxury Apartments at The Prairie in Dardenne Prairie, Mo., recently opened to residents, while The Station in St. Peters, Mo., is scheduled to open in the spring of 2023 and The Mila in Ellisville, Mo., is expected to open in 2024.
Midas Capital President Eric Goettelmann said in prepared remarks that the partnership will produce a Class A development community desired by residents of all ages.
In a separate partnership with ERC Holdings, Mia Rose Holdings recently broke ground on another development set to be completed in 2023. PURE Lowell, a 152-unit community, is situated in Lowell, Ark.
