Mia Rose, ERC Holdings Kick Off Arkansas Project

ERC Holdings and Mia Rose Holdings will break ground this month on PURE Lowell, a 152-unit community in Lowell, Ark. Financing for the project was secured through First National Bank of NWA. The property is slated for a 2023 completion.
The team includes Sharp Architects Inc., Pick-It Construction Inc. as general contractor and Trinity Multifamily as the property manager. Mia Rose and ERC are also working on the 234-unit PURE Springdale, located some 10 miles from PURE Lowell.
Upon completion, PURE Lowell’s 10 three-story buildings will encompass one- and two-bedroom apartments. Common-area amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, lounge and business center, as well as a pocket park.
The six-acre development site is located near J.B. Hunt and Mercy Pediatric and Mercy Behavioral Health clinics. Dining and retail options are available alongside South Bloomington Street. Walmart’s corporate headquarters is less than 10 miles away, while the University of Arkansas is located some 20 miles south, accessible via Interstate 49.
Mia Rose Holdings is also active in St. Louis, with several developments underway.
