MHN Poll: Development Hotspots

MHN has a new poll! We want to know the regions where you are choosing to develop new multifamily communities. As previous reporting has shown, such focuses can be significantly influenced by migration patterns, as well as a particular region’s investment potential.

In last month’s poll, we asked about the Inflation Reduction Act’s clean energy provisions and the extent of its impact on sustainability efforts in multifamily. There was a three-way split in the results, with 27 percent of respondents each seeing it as having no impact, a moderate impact or a significant impact. The remaining 19 percent of respondents see only minimal effects.
