Meet Dan Marrello, TOWN Residential’s New Managing Director of Leasing
Dan Marrello will support the company’s leasing activities, including those of TOWN Fifth Avenue, TOWN Upper East Side and TOWN Financial District.

New York—With more than a decade of real estate sales and management experience, Dan Marrello has been appointed managing director of leasing by TOWN Residential. The newly expanded role comes with hosting bi-weekly leasing roundtables to provide insight into market trends and tips for expanding the leasing business, attending weekly meetings and being available as needed to provide expert deal-related support via phone or email.
Having served as chairman of the Rental Committee for the Real Estate Board of New York, Marrello has the right mix of industry knowledge and connections that will be of value to working the New York City market. Based at TOWN Flatiron, Marrello will also be providing leasing support to TOWN Fifth Avenue, Upper East Side and the Financial District.
