Magellan Development Group Names Jim Losik National Marketing Director

Chicago—Magellan Development Group announced that Jim Losik has joined the company as its national marketing director. In this capacity, Losik will oversee all marketing efforts in Chicago and throughout the country as Magellan expands its residential and retail portfolios. He will report directly to Robin Loewenberg Tebbe, Magellan’s chief marketing officer, and work from the company’s headquarters in Chicago.

Prior to joining Magellan, Losik served as vice president of Draper and Kramer, a property management and financial services company based in Chicago. He has also held positions as a principal of Real Impact LLC, senior vice president of Equity Marketing Services, and has provided sales and marketing consulting services to condominium developers and property owners throughout the country.
