Renaissance Centro has debuted the upcoming Monarch development, a 20-story luxury community in Tysons, Va., located on the western outskirts of Washington, D.C. The Mayhood Co. is in charge of the sale activity, which is planned to begin in late summer.
The site is located at 7919 Westpark Drive, near Tysons Galleria and the Tysons Corner Metro Station, in an area enclosed by Interstate 495, Route 267 and Route 7. The Westwood Country Club is within a seven-minute drive, while Central D.C. is a 45-minute drive away.
Monarch will provide one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with up to three-bedroom plus den penthouse units, all offering private balconies. On-site common amenities will include:
