Kettler Opens Luxury Community in Tysons Corner

Highgate at The Mile is a 395-unit mid-rise residential property that boasts an array of amenities and is situated within walking distance of first-class retail, restaurants and key employers, such as Freddie Mac and Hilton Worldwide.

Kettler opened its newest development, Highgate at the Mile, a 395-unit luxury community in Tysons, Va. The opening marks the completion of the first phase of an urban master-planned undertaking. Kettler spearheaded the development project in conjunction with PS Business Parks Inc. 

Located at 7915 Jones Branch Drive, Highgate offers a mix of floorplans including studios, one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments ranging in size from 685 to 1,350 square feet. Common amenities include a mezzanine level pool deck, play area, fitness studio, clubhouse and accessible meeting spaces. The property is strategically located within walking distance from world-class retail, restaurants, entertainment and key employers, such as Freddie Mac and Hilton Worldwide. Design Collective Inc. was the project’s architect, Parker Rodriguez Inc. served as the landscape architect and VIKA as the development’s engineer.
