Lugo Joins Hill as Vice President

Marlton, N.J.—Hill International has brought Luis Lugo Jr. on board as a vice president. In his new position, Lugo will focus on business development for the Northeast Region of Hill’s Project Management Group and will be based out of the New York City office.

Lugo has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the military and private sector. Prior to joining Hill, he spent 10 years in various positions with PACO Group, a construction management and program management firm, most recently as senior vice president and regional manager. Prior to that, Lugo spent 20 years in the U.S. Army.

Hill International has 2,600 employees in 90 offices worldwide and provides program management, project management, construction management, construction claims and consulting services.
