LCOR Expands New York Team
Anthony Lauria will serve as senior project manager for the company.
New York—LCOR, a real estate company specializing in property development, investment and management, announced the hire of Anthony Lauria. In his new role, Lauria will serve as senior project manager, overseeing LCOR’s New York projects including 55 Bank Street in White Plains, N.Y.
Lauria will serve as one of the main project leads for 55 Bank Street, bringing the transit-oriented development to fruition as the first project in White Plains since 2009.
With more than 20 years in the construction industry, Lauria comes to LCOR from Gotham Construction Co. where he served as project manager for the new construction of 555 10th Avenue, a 53 story residential tower, and Fordham Law School, as well as Fordham Residential Halls.
Lauria attended the New York Institute of Technology, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural technology. After graduating in 1995, Lauria held project manager positions at Kreisler Borg Florman General Construction Co. and Black Capital Real Estate, where he oversaw a wide array of new construction projects including 15 Union Square West.
