LCOR, a fully integrated real estate company specializing in property development, investment and management, announced the addition of Zachary Anduiza to the team serving the Washington, D.C., metro area.
Washington, D.C.—LCOR, a fully integrated real estate company specializing in property development, investment and management, announced the addition of Zachary Anduiza to the team serving the Washington, D.C., metro area.
In this new role, Anduiza serves as the regional controller responsible for directing day-to-day accounting activities for properties that are under development, in predevelopment or under consideration for development. He is also handling commercial management activities and monitoring all operating activities.
Prior to joining LCOR, Anduiza was a senior accountant with The Carlyle Group working on the Consolidations and Financial Reporting team. Anduiza received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Radford University, located in Virginia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
