Laramar Group Names Devon Bergman Senior Project Manager for Midwest Region
The Laramar Group, a national real estate investment and management company, announced the hiring of Devon Bergman as senior project manager for the Midwest region. She will be based in the company’s Chicago office.
Chicago—The Laramar Group, a national real estate investment and management company, announced the hiring of Devon Bergman as senior project manager for the Midwest region. She will be based in the company’s Chicago office.
Bergman has 20 years of experience in residential renovation, new construction and project management. Working closely with acquisitions, accounting and property management, Bergman is responsible for capital projects, onsite conditions review, due diligence budget projections, project scopes, contractor selection, scheduling, quality assurance and reporting.
Prior to joining Laramar, Bergman was a project manager with Related Midwest, where she focused on shell and core development and construction management on a variety of projects, including the $250 million, 67-story Park Tower Hyatt and the $600 million, mixed-use, affordable housing project Roosevelt Square. In this position, Bergman was the lead project manager responsible for schedules, budgets, contracts, deliverables, submittal review, RFIs, RFPs, city inspections, quality assurance and warranty completion.
Bergman is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and an alumna of University of Northern Colorado and Columbia College.
