Kelly Rowley Named as National Training Director at Madison Apartment Group, L.P.

Philadelphia—Madison Apartment Group, LP, the multifamily operating arm of BPG Properties Ltd., announced today that Kelly Rowley has been named national training director for the company. In this role, Rowley will be responsible for leading Madison’s training program, including curriculum development and oversight of the firm’s divisional training staff, audit/compliance coordinator and support desk.

Rowley has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Most recently, she held multiple leadership roles in both property operations and learning and development at Post Properties, Inc. While at Post, she played an integral role in developing a best-in-class learning and property management development curriculum for the firm. Rowley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Auburn University. She is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association where she has participated in several committees.

The naming of a national training director represents just another step Madison has taken to build a best-in-class training, education and field support capability. In 2012, the company announced the creation and appointment of two Divisional Training Coordinator that provide online and in person training and a Resource Support Coordinator who provides a central point of contact for software and system support questions for the company’s community team members.
