Joseph Aliotta Joins Perkins Eastman as Principal
International design and architecture firm Perkins Eastman announced Joseph J. Aliotta AIA, LEED AP as a principal in the firm’s New York office.
New York—International design and architecture firm Perkins Eastman announced Joseph J. Aliotta AIA, LEED AP as a principal in the firm’s New York office. Aliotta joins to lead the firm’s New York City focused government practice and manage the office’s institutional studio. His more than 30 years of professional experience most recently comprises leadership in design, renovation, and construction for more than 20M sf. Aliotta joins from the office of Swanke Hayden Connell Architects in New York City where he served as managing principal for the firm’s government and institutional work.
Aliotta received a diploma in Real Estate, Investment, and Analysis form New York University and a Bachelor of Architecture (Summa Cum Laude) from City College of New York, School of Architecture. He is a registered architect licensed in multiple states and his professional affiliations have included Real Estate Board of New York, ACE Mentor Program, NYC Building Codes Commission, and AIA New York Chapter of which he was past president.
