JLL Snags Investment SVP in SoCal
With more than a decade of experience, Christopher Arvizu will focus on multifamily sales in Orange County and the Inland Empire as part of the firm's capital markets team.

JLL has appointed Christopher Arvizu as a senior vice president on the firm’s capital markets team. In his new role, Arvizu will focus on multifamily investment sales in Orange County and Inland Empire to address an anticipated increase in multifamily demand in Southern California, partly fueled by an expected uptick in population in Orange County over the next five years. He will report to Managing Director Darcy Miramontes.
Investment experience
With more than a decade of experience, Arvizu joins JLL from NAI Capital, where he served as a senior vice president for nearly three years. His previous experience includes investment associate roles with RE/MAXÂ Commercial & Investment Realty and BRC Advisors for nearly six and four years, respectively.
Arvizu holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He is a certified commercial investment member and a member of the Apartment Association of Orange County.
