Jenson Joins Berkadia as President and CFO
Horsham, Pa.--Randy Jenson has joined Berkadia as president and chief financial officer.
Horsham, Pa.–Randy Jenson has joined Berkadia as president and chief financial officer, based out of Berkadia’s Horsham office and reporting to CEO Hugh Frater. He will be overseeing the Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Process Improvement and Risk divisions, as well as playing an important role in the company’s M&A activities.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jenson spent nine years with Ranch Capital, LLC as co-founder and president, where he closed and managed more than $2 billion in investments with special situation companies, assets and real estate projects. Jenson also worked at Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. as the chief financial officer and currently serves on the board of directors for Hawaiian Holdings and Hawaiian Airlines. Prior to that, he held the role of president and CEO of Banking and Lending Operations and other responsibilities for Leucadia National Corporation for more than five years.
