Jeff McClure to Lead Greysteel Capital Markets
The Greysteel Company announced the appointment of Jeff McClure as managing principal of Greysteel Capital Markets, its newly launched real estate investment banking and finance affiliate.
Washington, D.C.—The Greysteel Company, a Washington, D.C., commercial real estate investment services firm, announced the appointment of Jeff McClure as managing principal of Greysteel Capital Markets (GCM), its newly launched real estate investment banking and finance affiliate.
McClure’s experience includes more than $25 billion in real estate finance transactions including 144a and REIT financings, public and private debt and equity placements, and debt securitizations at both the project and entity levels.
Prior to co-founding GCM, McClure was the managing principal of The Bear Companies (TBC), a firm he co-founded, and a former managing director in the Real Estate Investment Banking of FBR, which was one of the most active real estate investment banks in the nation during his tenor. His experience also includes management positions at RER financial, Freddie Mac and the FDIC.
