IPA Texas Welcomes New Associate Director
Jennifer Campbell joins the Institutional Property Advisors team in Houston as associate director.
Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a Marcus & Millichap division specialized in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, expands its national team of advisors. Jennifer Campbell is the newest addition to the team and will work as an associate director with IPA Texas director Nester Clark in the firm’s Houston office.
“Jennifer’s presence in Houston bolsters our IPA Texas team and further enhances IPA’s national collaborative platform,” said Brian Murdy, IPA’s national director, in prepared remarks. “Major private investors and institutional entities seeking multifamily investment opportunities in the Houston metro will benefit from her market knowledge and transaction expertise.”
Campbell previously worked at KET Enterprises Inc., a Texas-based brokerage firm where she was involved in transactions totaling more than $500 million. Campbell interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance Group and served as the executive vice president of the real estate club. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. in real estate finance from the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
“The Houston multifamily investment marketplace is a dynamic and highly competitive place to be,” comments Campbell. “I’m excited to be a part of the IPA team here and very happy to be able to extend IPA’s unique suite of services to investors in Houston, throughout Texas and across the country.”
“Jennifer’s presence in Houston will be of great benefit to investors interested in participating in Texas’s economic growth and pursuing opportunities in the state’s investment property marketplaces,” says David Luther, first vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Houston office.
