Institutional Property Advisors has added three investment sales brokers to its multifamily division in Orlando, Fla. Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill previously worked with CBRE, where they amassed more than $10 billion in sales as a team. One of the last deals they were involved in was the sale of a 208-unit community south of Orlando.
With more than 16 years of experience in the industry, Granade will serve as executive managing director. Working as vice chairman for CBRE, he was among the firm’s top five performers nationally from 2010 until 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
Wickham joins IPA as senior managing director. Previously, he was senior vice president at CBRE. Before joining the company, he founded Wickham Capital, a firm which focused on acquiring and managing small multifamily assets. Wickham has a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the Upper Iowa State University.
Basquill will serve as first vice president at IPA. Prior to this role, he spent 15 years at CBRE as one of the company’s vice presidents in Orlando and as senior appraiser for the firm’s valuation and advisory services group. Basquill has an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
